  • All-India RTC clearing price noticed a slight decline as it went from 3.48 Rs/kWh to 3.40 Rs/kWh. Purchase bid volume noticed a drop as it went from 202.7 MUs to 197.8 MUs and sales bid noticed a further increase as it went from 297.8 MUs to 302.8 MUs.
  • Transmission Corridor: For ER to NER, total transfer capability reduced by 220 MW in 0000 to 1700 and 2300 to 2400 hour time blocks and by 150 MW for 1700 to 2300 hour time locks for 4th to 9th June 2018 due to the shutdown of 400 kV Bongaigaon Byrnihat S/C.
  • Western Region: At the central level, 660 MW unit of Sasan UMPP from Madhya Pradesh went under shutdown on 4th June 2018.
  • Weather: Day maximum temperature very likely to continue in the range of 42-45℃ over most parts of Rajasthan and 40-42℃ over rest parts of plains of northwest and adjoining central India next 3 days
